Dosage

Microferm in the stable:
3 times per week, use a diluted solution of 1 liter of Microferm mixed with 9 liters of water per box (10m²).
Combination with Vulkamin powder: 3 times per week, use 500g per box (10m²).

Microferm for Bokashi compost pile:
Use 2 liters of Microferm per cubic meter of compost.
Combination with Vulkamin powder: Use 15kg of Vulkamin per cubic meter.

Usage

Spray Microferm using a pressure sprayer, spray bottle, or sprayer over the bedding in the stable or onto your compost pile.

Sprinkle Vulkamin powder over the bedding in the stable or onto the compost pile.

More about Microferm

Microferm is a blend of active microorganisms. It colonizes organic material with beneficial bacteria. The breakdown of organic material occurs through fermentation rather than decomposition. The manure in the stable does not heat up, and the beneficial bacteria prevent the growth of pathogens.

Bokashi is the Japanese term for "well-fermented organic material". By using Microferm and Vulkamin, you can also create Bokashi from your horse manure and bedding.
